Meet Dr. Milena Arakelyan
Dr. Milena’s love for dentistry stems from the desire to help people feel better both physically and emotionally. She is known for her warmth, empathy, and attention to detail, and she sees dentistry as treating people, not just teeth.
Education & Professional Background
Being able to relieve pain, restore function, and most importantly, help people feel proud of their smiles is something Dr. Milena considers both a privilege and a purpose, one that fuels her dedication to dentistry every single day. She believes a confident, healthy smile can light up a room, shift a mood, and even open doors to new opportunities.
Born in Armenia and raised in Las Vegas from the age of six, Dr. Milena developed an early passion for science and healthcare. While attending West Career and Technical Academy, she focused on Biomedical Sciences and continued her education at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Biology and her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from UNLV. Dr. Milena has also completed advanced training through the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, allowing her to provide patients with modern treatment options and exceptional care.
Her commitment to continuing education, attention to detail, and genuine compassion help create positive experiences for patients while delivering beautiful, lasting results.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Milena enjoys spending time with her husband, Erick, her beloved Goldendoodle, her parents, and her two younger sisters.
She often jokes that her family’s business, Manan Bakery, is responsible for keeping her busy treating cavities thanks to all of the delicious pastries they create. She and her husband share a passion for discovering new restaurants and trying local food spots throughout Las Vegas.
Whether she is spending time with family, exploring the local food scene, or helping patients achieve healthier smiles, Dr. Milena brings the same enthusiasm, warmth, and care to every aspect of her life.
